terms of sale

1. general
This document is a public offer by Victoria Fatina (the "Seller") under Article 435 of the Russian Civil Code. By placing an order through victoriafatina.com, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Offer.
2. subject
The Seller undertakes to produce and transfer to the Buyer an authorial print (photograph) selected on [](/collections), and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods.
3. product characteristics
The print is characterised by the following parameters chosen by the Buyer:
size: S (A4, 21×30 cm), M (A3, 30×42 cm), L (A2, 42×60 cm) paper: matte (included), lustre (+800 ₽), canvas (+2 500 ₽) frame: no frame (included), oak (+1 800 ₽), black (+2 200 ₽), white (+2 200 ₽)
Each print is produced in a limited edition — the quantity is shown on the product page. Once the edition is sold out, ordering becomes impossible.
4. price & payment
The price is calculated automatically from the chosen options and shown in the print modal. Payment is made after the Seller confirms the order (card transfer or to the details the Seller provides personally).
5. delivery
Moscow — courier, 1—2 days, 500 ₽ Russia — CDEK or Russian Post, 3—7 days, from 800 ₽ Pickup — Moscow, by appointment, free
Shipping is not included in the print price and is paid separately on receipt.
6. production time
Production time is up to 7 working days from payment confirmation. In high season (November–December) it may extend to 14 days.
7. returns & exchanges
Under Article 25 of the Consumer Protection Law, goods of proper quality made to individual order are not subject to return or exchange.
If the goods are damaged in delivery or do not match the description, the Seller will replace them at their own cost. Claims are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
8. copyright
All photographs on the site are copyright-protected. The Buyer receives the right to use the print for personal purposes (interior decoration, gift). Resale, publication in commercial contexts, and other commercial use are forbidden without the Seller's written consent.
9. liability
The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by transport companies, nor for the inability to reach the Buyer via the contacts they provided.
